About The Senior Dog Guide

Helping dog owners navigate the golden years with confidence and care.

Why We Exist

The Senior Dog Guide was created to help dog owners navigate the changes that come with their dogs' golden years.

Our goal is simple: provide practical, easy-to-understand information that can help senior dogs stay comfortable, active, happy, and connected to the people who love them.

We cover topics including senior dog health, mobility and arthritis, nutrition, exercise, cognitive changes, home comfort, and products that may make everyday life easier for older dogs.

We know that caring for an aging dog can sometimes be confusing. There is a lot of information available online, and it isn't always easy to know where to start. The Senior Dog Guide aims to make things simpler by providing useful information in plain English.

Our Philosophy

Every senior dog is different. Our goal isn't to replace professional veterinary care, but to help owners become better informed, recognize changes in their dogs, and know what questions they may want to discuss with their veterinarian.

Most importantly, we believe getting older doesn't mean a dog has to stop enjoying life. Sometimes small changes can make a big difference in their comfort and happiness.

Important Note

The information provided by The Senior Dog Guide is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a veterinarian.
